Prices
Q) What is the prices terms?
A) All prices are firm for thirty (30) days from the date of quotation. Shipping costs and risk of loss from point of shipment are the responsibility of customer(under FOB terms). For products shipped freight prepaid or insured, Evergreen Communications Inc will bill customer a freight/insurance charge. Taxes and other incurred costs as a result of the sale are also the responsibility of the customer. All sales are final.

Payment Terms
Q) What is the payment terms?
A) Usually we require full payment before delivery by international wire transfer to our company account.
Q)Do you accept payment by credit card?
A)Sorry we are not able to receive payment by credit card now(because of China finance policy).As to using Paypal to get payment by credit card it is known that the risk is paypal claim to have the rights to close any account without notice any time they think the account is suspicious.This is a big risk for both buyer and seller,so we do not use Paypal.
Q)How about using western union?
A)We can get payment sent from western union but we do not suggest you choose this way, reason one is by this way the bank charge is very high at your side (at our side it is no bank charge),reason two is to protect you from any possible risk(Western union is known as not a good way of payment to protect the rights of the buyer).
Q)How long it takes for you to get the payment after we make the transfer?
A)It is around 1 to 3 business days, depends on which bank you use and your location.

International Shipping
Q)Do you ship internationally?
A)Yes, we ship worldwide. If UPS, DHL or FedEx delivers to your country, we will usually ship to it. We can even ship to your DHL or UPS account on collect basis. You can also choose to use your own forwarder, we will give the goods to them.
Q)How do I determine shipping rates?
A)You can call the toll free numbers of the above side courier companies to check or you can check with your forwarder.You can also ask us about the freight estimated, usually our rates are better than theirs.(because prepay at the shipper side the rate is lower)
Q)How long will it take to deliver?
A)We ship out our international orders quickly. If an item is in stock, it will normally be sent out the next day. for common orders it is within about 3 business days after receipt of payment. After that, it depends on the method of delivery you have chosen when you placed your order.
Q)Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
A)If shipment via companies like DHL, UPS or FedEX, these companies will give the tracking number so that you can track the shipment on their website. We strongly suggest you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, there is a greater risk of an order getting lost.
Q)Will I still have to pay duties on my package?
A)Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you.



 
 

Products Warranty 
Q)What is the warranty terms
A)Evergreen Communications Inc products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year unless otherwise stated from the date of delivery to the initial end user of the product.If Evergreen Communications Inc receives notice of such defects during the applicable warranty period, Evergreen Communications Inc shall, upon review, replace products that prove to be defective or do not meet specifications, Evergreen Communications Inc entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Evergreen Communications Inc option, (a) return of the price paid, or (b) replacement of the product that does not meet Evergreen Communications Inc limited warranty. Any replacement product will be warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery to the initial end-user of the product.

Please note that the following are NOT covered under warranty:
Any loss, damage and/or malfunction relating in any way to shipping, storage, accident, abuse, excessive use, alteration, misuse, neglect, failure to use products under normal operating conditions, failure to use products according to any operating instructions provided by the seller, lack of routine care and maintenance as indicated in any operating maintenance instructions, or failure to use or take any proper precautions under the circumstances.
Products, items, parts, accessories, subassemblies or components, which are expendable in normal use or are of limited life, such as but not limited to dust caps, diodes etc. The seller reserves the right to revise the foregoing list of what is covered under this warranty.
Evergreen Communications Inc shall in no case be liable for consequential damages caused by that the product fail to work properly.

Privacy Policy
We never rent or sell our customers' data to anyone. All information held is strictly confidential and will not be revealed to any other parties outside Evergreen Communications Inc.

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web page, we record information on what pages consumers access or visit, their staying time on the site, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.The information we collect is only used to improve the content of our web page for a better service, we do not share the information with any other organizations for commercial purposes.

With respect to cookies: We set one cookie to help our log analysis program accurately reflect user sessions. No personal information is contained within this cookie.We do not share your information with any outside organizations and we will never do it or plan to do it.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
