MU fiber optic patch cable is the upgraded version of the SC fiber patch cables, MU is smaller in size but retain all features and advantages of the former SC style. MU fiber optic patch cables are used in LANs, data processing, WANs, industrial, medical and military applications.
This small form factor MU fiber optic patch cord connector is approximately half the size of the SC connector, and has a push-pull style design. The MU fiber optic patch cable connector features a pre-assembled body and precision molded plastic housing, and a free floating ferrule measuring 1.25mm O.D. held in place with a precision spring. We also supply the MU fiber optic adapters to use with the MU fiber patch cord .
